OAK Long Bar + Kitchen

OAK Long Bar + Kitchen is open for daily service inside the dining room and outside on our patio (available during the summer months). Executive Chef Zaid Khan and team can’t wait to welcome our friends, guests and community with refreshed menus, new cocktails and a decadent weekend Brunch experience. Bar seating is available, first-come-first served.

Our accommodating In-Room Dining staff is at your service daily. Choose from chef selections from our OAK Long Bar + Kitchen field-to-fork menus of fresh and seasonally driven dishes delicately handled —from light snacks and hearty breakfasts to cosmopolitan dinners and gourmet lunch bags or picnics-in-the-park to-go.

Private Dining

We offer multiple flexible spaces for private dining around our hotel. Our luxury hotel has spaces to fit any sized party within state capacity guidelines. For example, the Grand Ballroom and Oval Room can seat up to 25 guests, while the stately Copley Room can intimately cater to a party of six.

Meet Our Executive Chef

Born and raised in Brisbane, Australia, Executive Chef Zaid Khan has cooked professionally in five different countries, most recently holding culinary positions in Seattle, Bermuda and Vancouver.
