Great location

Whenever we’re in Boston we look forward to visiting your property. We have stayed at the 4 Seasons, the Ritz, and more recently at The Newbury, but we feel the most welcome at the Fairmont Copley. Wonderful staff, we love Ms. Lucille and Ms. Shirley at The Oak.

Great location and very nice stay

We were very pleased with the 2 queen bed Signature room on the Gold floor. The Gold Lounge was on the same floor which was very convenient for us. Room was quite spacious and had lots of closet space. It was newly renovated. Bathroom was nice too. Shower was so comforting after long days doing college tours. Location is central to shopping and sightseeing. Highly recommend and would go back anytime!!

Fabulous Fairmont Copley Plaza

Most beautiful architecture of any Boston Hotel. Very comfortable and clean rooms . Excellent weekend brunch. Very friendly and efficient hotel staff from the doormen to the room cleaners- all were courteous and professional. Will stay there every time we come to Boston!
